Team-U is a social impact company, i.e. social benefits are created, and a profit is earned at the same time. Team-U helps entrepreneurs in crisis. Insolvency in Germany is still widely regarded as a failure, and often leads to criminal prosecution. Actually, the core insolvency law offers many paths to restart. Unfortunately, there is neither training for crises, nor competent practical help for individuals and small firms, in, or after a crisis or insolvency.
Team-U is a consultancy company which aims to assist such companies – in the most critical case without payment, but mostly for reasonable fees. The goal is to avoid some of over 100,000 annual insolvencies in Germany, and to enable them to restart.
